Common use of Designation of Agency Clause in Contracts

Designation of Agency. The General Sales Agent shall be entitled to describe itself as the agent of Principal at its places of business and on commercial documents, advertisements, notices, publications, letterheads and similar items but shall in all cases qualify such description by the words ‘Passenger General Sales Agent’.
