Common use of Designation of CBD Markets Clause in Contracts

Designation of CBD Markets. From time to time, the Company may designate one or more additional major U.S. or international metropolitan markets as a CBD Market or CBD Markets by delivering an Officers’ Certificate, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit C, to the Trustee (i) naming such market and (ii) designating such market as a CBD Market. Upon delivery of such Officers’ Certificate to the Trustee, such market shall be a CBD Market for all purposes of this Twelfth Supplemental Indenture.

Designation of CBD Markets. From time to time, the Company may designate one or more additional major U.S. or international metropolitan markets as a CBD Market or CBD Markets by delivering an Officers’ Certificate, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit C, to the Trustee (i) naming such market and (ii) designating such market as a CBD Market. Upon delivery of such Officers’ Certificate to the Trustee, such market shall be a CBD Market for all purposes of this Twelfth Eleventh Supplemental Indenture.

Designation of CBD Markets. From time to time, the Company may designate one or more additional major U.S. or international metropolitan markets as a CBD Market or CBD Markets by delivering an Officers’ Certificate, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit C, to the Trustee (i) naming such market and (ii) designating such market as a CBD Market. Upon delivery of such Officers’ Certificate to the Trustee, such market shall be a CBD Market for all purposes of this Twelfth Thirteenth Supplemental Indenture.

Designation of CBD Markets. From time to time, the Company may designate one or more additional major U.S. or international metropolitan markets as a CBD Market or CBD Markets by delivering an Officers’ Certificate, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit C, to the Trustee (i) naming such market and (ii) designating such market as a CBD Market. Upon delivery of such Officers’ Certificate to the Trustee, such market shall be a CBD Market for all purposes of this Twelfth Fourteenth Supplemental Indenture.

From time to time, the Company may designate one or more additional major U.S. or international metropolitan markets as a CBD Market or CBD Markets by delivering an Officers’ Certificate, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit C, to the Trustee (i) naming such market and (ii) designating such market as a CBD Market. Upon delivery of such Officers’ Certificate to the Trustee, such market shall be a CBD Market for all purposes of this Twelfth Fifteenth Supplemental Indenture.

Designation of CBD Markets. From time to time, the Company may designate one or more additional major U.S. or international metropolitan markets as a CBD Market or CBD Markets by delivering an Officers’ Certificate, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit C, to the Trustee (i) naming such market and (ii) designating such market as a CBD Market. Upon delivery of such Officers’ Certificate to the Trustee, such market shall be a CBD Market for all purposes of this Twelfth Sixteenth Supplemental Indenture.
