Common use of Designation of Head Grower Clause in Contracts

Designation of Head Grower. The Board shall appoint a Head Grower of the Company, as determined by a Vote of the Board. The Head Grower shall possess and exercise such authority and powers and perform such duties as may be determined by the Board and the President. The Head Grower shall: (i) be subject to oversight and direction by the President; (ii) carry out his/her responsibilities designated by the President; and (iii) be compensated by the Company in accordance with the Approved Operating Plan.
