Designation of Inventory. Borrower shall contemporaneous with the execution hereof and from time to time hereafter, but not less frequently than daily, execute and deliver to BACC a designation of Inventory specifying the cost and the wholesale market value of Borrower's raw materials, work in process and finished goods, and further specifying such other information as BACC may reasonably request.
