Common use of Designation of Inventory Clause in Contracts

Designation of Inventory. Borrower shall now and from time to time hereafter, but not less frequently than monthly, execute and deliver to Foothill a designation of Inventory specifying Borrower's cost and the wholesale market value of Borrower's raw materials, work in process, and finished goods, and further specifying such other information as Foothill may reasonably request.
