Common use of Designation of New General Partners Clause in Contracts

Designation of New General Partners. The General Partner may, with the written consent of all Partners, at any time designate new General Partners, each with such Interest as a General Partner in the Partnership as the General Partner may specify, subject to any Requisite Approvals.
