Common use of Designation of New Manners Clause in Contracts

Designation of New Manners. The Manager may, with the consent of all Members, at any time designate new Managers with such interest as a Manager in the Company as the Managers may specify. Any new Manager shall as a condition of receiving any interest in the Company agree to be bound by the provisions of this Agreement to the same extent and on the same terms as any other Manager.
