Common use of Designation of Notes; Establishment of Form of Notes Clause in Contracts

Designation of Notes; Establishment of Form of Notes. Pursuant to Section 301 of the Original Indenture, there is hereby established a new series of Securities which shall be known and designated as the 4.200% Senior Notes due 2028 and which are sometimes referred to in this Second Supplemental Indenture as the “Notes.” Pursuant to Section 201 of the Original Indenture, the Notes shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Annex A.

Designation of Notes; Establishment of Form of Notes. Pursuant to Section 301 of the Original Indenture, there is hereby established a new series of Securities which shall be known and designated as the 4.2003.600% Senior Notes due 2028 2027 and which are sometimes referred to in this Second First Supplemental Indenture as the “Notes.” Pursuant to Section 201 of the Original Indenture, the Notes shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Annex A.

Designation of Notes; Establishment of Form of Notes. Pursuant to Section 301 of the Original Indenture, there is hereby established a new series of Securities which shall be known and designated as the 4.2002.750% Senior Notes due 2028 2030 and which are sometimes referred to in this Second Fourth Supplemental Indenture as the “Notes.” Pursuant to Section 201 of the Original Indenture, the Notes shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Annex A.

Pursuant to Section 301 of the Original Indenture, there is hereby established a new series of Securities which shall be known and designated as the 4.2003.950% Senior Notes due 2028 2029 and which are sometimes referred to in this Second Third Supplemental Indenture as the “Notes.” Pursuant to Section 201 of the Original Indenture, the Notes shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Annex A.

Designation of Notes; Establishment of Form of Notes. Pursuant to Section 301 of the Original Indenture, there is hereby established a new series of Securities which shall be known and designated as the 4.2004.000% Senior Notes due 2028 2025 and which are sometimes referred to in this Second Third Supplemental Indenture as the “Notes.” Pursuant to Section 201 of the Original Indenture, the Notes shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Annex A.

Pursuant to Section 301 of the Original Indenture, there is hereby established a two new series of Securities which shall be known and designated as the 4.200(i) “1.100% Senior Notes due 2028 2026” and (ii) “2.875 Senior Notes 2051,” respectively which are sometimes referred to in this Second Sixth Supplemental Indenture Indenture, together, as the “Notes.” Pursuant to Section 201 of the Original Indenture, the Notes shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Annex A.A and Annex B.

Pursuant to Section 301 of the Original Indenture, there is hereby established a new series of Securities which shall be known and designated as the 4.200“4.950% Senior Notes due 2028 and 2035,” which are sometimes referred to in this Second Ninth Supplemental Indenture as the “Notes.” Pursuant to Section 201 of the Original Indenture, the Notes shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Annex A.

Pursuant to Section 301 of the Original Indenture, there is hereby established a new series of Securities which shall be known and designated as the 4.200“5.300% Senior Notes due 2028 and 2032,” which are sometimes referred to in this Second Eighth Supplemental Indenture as the “Notes.” Pursuant to Section 201 of the Original Indenture, the Notes shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Annex A.

Pursuant to Section 301 of the Original Indenture, there is hereby established a new series of Securities which shall be known and designated as the 4.200“5.000% Senior Notes due 2028 and 2034,” which are sometimes referred to in this Second Seventh Supplemental Indenture as the “Notes.” Pursuant to Section 201 of the Original Indenture, the Notes shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Annex A.

Pursuant to Section 301 of the Original Indenture, there is hereby established a new series of Securities which shall be known and designated as the 4.2001.700% Senior Notes due 2028 2031 and which are sometimes referred to in this Second Fifth Supplemental Indenture as the “Notes.” Pursuant to Section 201 of the Original Indenture, the Notes shall be substantially in the form attached hereto as Annex A.
