Designation of Permitted Secured Interest Rate Xxxxxx. The Borrower may at any time designate as a “Permitted Secured Interest Rate Hedge” hereunder any Permitted Interest Rate Hedge, such designation to be effected by delivery to the Collateral Agent of a notice substantially in the form of Exhibit A (a “Notice of Designation”), which notice shall identify such Permitted Interest Rate Hedge, request that such Permitted Interest Rate Hedge be designated as a “Permitted Secured Interest Rate Hedge” hereunder and be accompanied by a certificate of a Responsible Officer of the Borrower delivered to the Collateral Agent:
