Common use of Designation of Purchaser Clause in Contracts

Designation of Purchaser. Within seven (7) Business Days from the date hereof, Parent shall designate an Affiliate to be Purchaser. Upon such designation, such Affiliate shall execute a joinder to this Agreement as “Purchaser” in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
