The Borrower will not permit any Indebtedness (other than the Indebtedness incurred hereunder or under any other the Loan Document) to constitute "Designated Senior Indebtedness" (or any other similar term) under the Senior Subordinated Debt Documents, without the consent of the Required Lenders.
