Common use of Designation of Servicers Clause in Contracts

Designation of Servicers. (a) The servicing, administration and collection of the Receivables shall be conducted by such Person or Persons (each such Person, a “Servicer”) so designated from time to time in accordance with this Section 8.1. Each of the Persons identified on Schedule C hereto is hereby designated as, and hereby agrees to perform the duties and obligations of, Servicer pursuant to the terms of this Agreement with respect to the Receivables originated by such entity. The Agent may, and at the direction of the Required Purchasers shall, at any time following an Amortization Event, designate as Servicer any Person to succeed any existing Servicer or any successor Servicer.
