Designation of Subcontractors. a. In compliance with the Subletting and Subcontracting Fair Practices Act (Chapter 2, Section 4100 et seq. Division 5, Title 1 of the Government Code of the State of California) and any amendments thereof, each bidder shall set forth: (a) the name and the location of the place of business of each subcontractor who will perform work or labor or render service to Contractor in or about the construction of the Project under this Agreement or a subcontractor licensed by the State of California who, under subcontract to Contractor, spatially fabricates and installs a portion of the Project according to the Plans and Specifications in an amount in excess of one-half of one percent of Contractor’s total bid, and (b) the portion of the Work which will be done by each subcontractor. b.
