Common use of Designation of the Trust and the Notes Clause in Contracts

Designation of the Trust and the Notes. The Trust created by the Trust Agreement and, if such Trust is a statutory trust, the certificate of trust of the Trust, and referred to in this Indenture is the Protective Life Secured Trust specified in the Omnibus Instrument. The Notes issued by the Trust and governed by this Indenture shall be the Notes specified in the Pricing Supplement.
