Designation of Trust and Certificates. (a) The Trust created hereby shall be known as the "PREFERREDPLUS Trust Series VER-1". The Class A Certificates and Class B Certificates evidencing certain undivided ownership interests therein shall be known as the "PREFERREDPLUS Class A 7.625% Trust Certificates Series VER-1" and the "PREFERREDPLUS Class B 0.125% Trust Certificates Series VER-1," respectively.
