Common use of Designation, packaging and transportation of the Goods Clause in Contracts

Designation, packaging and transportation of the Goods. 8.1. The Seller is obliged to properly, clearly and permanently designate the Goods in accordance with requirements specified in the TDC. 8.2. The Seller shall ensure that the Goods are packed and transported in a manner consistent with the terms and requirements specified in this Contract and in TDC. In each case the Seller must ensure that the Goods are packed and transported so that they are delivered to the place of their delivery without any damage and in good condition. The packaging must be appropriate to the nature of the Goods, used means and manner of their transportation and possibilities of their unloading and storage.
