Designations of concrete mixes. The various mixes of concrete are designated in the subsequent measured items by the following criteria:- Nominal mixes: By the weight proportions of whole bags of ordinary Portland cement to fine and coarse aggregates and by the maximum size of coarse aggregate. The Contractor shall regularly submit details giving specific gravities and moisture content of aggregate.
