(a) The Class A Certificates are hereby designated as the "regular interests", and the Class R Certificates are designated the single class of "residual interests" in the REMIC Trust for the purposes of the REMIC Provisions. (b) The Closing Date will be the "startup day" of the REMIC Trust within the meaning of Section 860G(a)(9) of the Code.
