Common use of Desktop Licence Clause in Contracts

Desktop Licence. This is a Licence under the QUESTA Base Licence Agreement (the “Agreement”). Terms used in this Licence have the meaning given to them in the Agreement and in the Appendix below.

Desktop Licence. This is a Licence under the QUESTA ART GROOTFONTEIN Base Licence Agreement (the “Agreement”). Terms used in this Licence have the meaning given to them in the Agreement and in the Appendix below.

Desktop Licence. This is a Licence under the QUESTA Fonfabric LLC Base Licence Agreement (the “Agreement”). Terms used in this Licence have the meaning given to them in the Agreement and in the Appendix below.
