Common use of Destruction Condemnation and Restoration Clause in Contracts

Destruction Condemnation and Restoration. If there shall occur any Destruction, the Mortgagor shall promptly send to the Mortgagee a written notice setting forth the nature and extent of such Destruction. The proceeds of any insurance payable in respect of such Destruction are hereby assigned and shall be paid to the Mortgagee. All Net Insurance such proceeds shall constitute Net Cash Proceeds under the Credit Agreement and shall be applied in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.10 of the Credit Agreement.
