Common use of Destruction of Bonds Clause in Contracts

Destruction of Bonds. Whenever in this Indenture provision is made for the cancellation by the Bondowner Representative and the delivery to the Issuer of any Bonds, the Bondowner Representative may, in lieu of such cancellation and delivery, destroy such Bonds and deliver a certificate of such destruction to the Issuer.

Destruction of Bonds. Whenever in this Bond Indenture provision is made for the cancellation by the Bondowner Representative Trustee and the delivery to the Issuer of any Bonds, the Bondowner Representative mayTrustee shall, in lieu of such cancellation and delivery, destroy such Bonds and and, upon request of the Issuer, deliver a certificate of such destruction to the Issuer.

Whenever in this Indenture provision is made for the cancellation by the Bondowner Representative and the delivery to the Issuer of any Bonds, the Bondowner Representative mayshall, in lieu of such cancellation and delivery, destroy such Bonds and deliver a certificate of such destruction to the Issuer.

Whenever in this Indenture provision is made for the cancellation by the Bondowner Representative Trustee and the delivery to the Issuer Authority of any Bonds, the Bondowner Representative mayTrustee shall, in lieu of such cancellation and delivery, destroy such Bonds (in the presence of an officer of the Authority, if the Authority shall so require) and at the request of the Authority deliver a certificate of such destruction to the IssuerAuthority.

Whenever in this Indenture provision is made for the cancellation by the Bondowner Representative Trustee and the delivery to the Issuer Authority of any Bonds, the Bondowner Representative Trustee may, upon the Written Request of the Authority, in lieu of such cancellation and delivery, destroy such Bonds and deliver a certificate of such destruction to the IssuerBonds.

Whenever in this Indenture provision is made for the cancellation by the Bondowner Representative Trustee and the delivery to the Issuer Authority of any Bonds, the Bondowner Representative mayTrustee shall, in lieu of such cancellation and delivery, destroy such Bonds as may be allowed by law, and at the written request of the Authority or the City the Trustee shall deliver a certificate of such destruction to the IssuerAuthority.

Whenever in this Indenture provision is made for the cancellation by the Bondowner Representative Trustee and the delivery to the Issuer Community Facilities District of any Bonds, the Bondowner Representative mayTrustee shall, in lieu of such cancellation and delivery, destroy such Bonds and deliver a certificate of such destruction to the IssuerBonds.

Whenever in this Indenture provision is made for the cancellation by the Bondowner Representative Trustee and the delivery to the Issuer of any Bonds, the Bondowner Representative Trustee may, upon the written request of the Issuer, in lieu of such cancellation and delivery, destroy such Bonds Bonds, in the presence of an officer of the Issuer (if the Issuer shall so require), and deliver a certificate of such destruction to the Issuer.
