Common use of Destruction of Bonds Clause in Contracts

Destruction of Bonds. Whenever any outstanding Bond shall be delivered to the Registrar for cancellation pursuant to this Indenture or upon payment of the principal amount or interest represented thereby or for replacement pursuant to Section 2.08, such Bond shall be canceled and destroyed by the Registrar and a counterpart of a certificate of destruction evidencing such destruction shall be furnished by the Registrar to the Authority and the Trustee.

Destruction of Bonds. Whenever any outstanding Outstanding Bond shall be delivered to the Bond Registrar or the Trustee for cancellation pursuant to this Indenture or Indenture, upon payment of the principal amount or and interest represented thereby or for replacement pursuant to Section 2.082.07 or transfer pursuant to Section 2.11, such Bond shall be canceled and destroyed by the Bond Registrar and a counterpart counterparts of a certificate of destruction cancellation evidencing such destruction cancellation shall be furnished by the Bond Registrar upon request to the Authority and Issuer and, if appropriate, the Trustee.

Counterparts of a certificate of destruction evidencing such destruction shall be furnished by the Registrar Trustee to the Authority and the TrusteeIssuer no less frequently than annually.

Whenever any outstanding Bond shall be delivered to the Registrar Trustee for cancellation pursuant to this Indenture or upon payment of the principal amount or interest represented thereby or for replacement pursuant to Section 2.082.7, such Bond shall be canceled cancelled and destroyed by the Registrar Trustee and a counterpart of a certificate of destruction evidencing such destruction shall be furnished by the Registrar Trustee to the Authority and the TrusteeIssuer.

Whenever any outstanding Bond Bonds shall be delivered to the Registrar for Trustee upon the cancellation thereof pursuant to this Indenture or Indenture, upon payment of the principal amount or interest represented thereby or for replacement of a mutilated Bond pursuant to Section 2.082.08 hereof, such Bond Bonds shall be canceled promptly cancelled and destroyed by the Registrar Trustee and a counterpart counterparts of a certificate of destruction evidencing such destruction shall be furnished by the Registrar Trustee to the Authority County and the TrusteeCompany.

Destruction of Bonds. Whenever any outstanding Bond Bonds shall be delivered to the Registrar for Trustee upon the cancellation thereof pursuant to this Indenture or Indenture, upon payment of the principal amount or interest represented thereby or for replacement of a mutilated Bond pursuant to Section 2.082.08 hereof, such Bond Bonds shall be promptly canceled and destroyed by the Registrar Trustee and a counterpart counterparts of a certificate of destruction evidencing such destruction shall be furnished by the Registrar Trustee to the Authority Issuer and the TrusteeCompany.

Destruction of Bonds. Whenever any outstanding Bond Outstanding shall be delivered to the Registrar Trustee for cancellation pursuant to this Indenture or Indenture, upon payment of the principal amount or interest represented thereby redemption price, for replacement pursuant to Section 2.07, 2.11 or 2.14 or for replacement transfer or exchange pursuant to Section 2.08, such Bond shall be canceled cancelled and destroyed by the Registrar Trustee, and a counterpart counterparts of a certificate of destruction evidencing such destruction shall be furnished by the Registrar Trustee to the Authority and the TrusteeSponsor.
