Common use of Destruction of Bonds Clause in Contracts

Destruction of Bonds. Whenever in this Trust Agreement provision is made for the cancellation by the Trustee and the delivery to the Authority of any Bonds, the Trustee may, upon the Request of the Authority, in lieu of such cancellation and delivery, destroy such Bonds, and deliver a certificate of such destruction to the Authority.

Whenever in this Trust Agreement the Indenture provision is made for the cancellation by the Trustee and the delivery to the Authority of any Bonds, the Trustee may, upon the Request of the Authority, in lieu of such cancellation and delivery, destroy such Bonds, and deliver a certificate of such destruction to the Authority.
