Common use of Destruction of Canceled Bonds Clause in Contracts

Destruction of Canceled Bonds. Whenever in this Indenture provision is made for the surrender of any Bonds which have been paid or canceled pursuant to the provisions of this Indenture, the Trustee shall cancel and destroy such Bonds and upon Request of the Authority furnish to the Authority a certificate of such destruction.

Destruction of Canceled Bonds. Whenever in this Indenture provision is made for the surrender of any Bonds which have been paid or canceled pursuant to the provisions of this Indenture, the Trustee shall cancel and destroy such Bonds and upon Request of the Authority Agency furnish to the Authority Agency a certificate of such destruction.

Destruction of Canceled Bonds. Whenever in this Indenture provision is made for return to the surrender Agency of any Bonds which have been paid or canceled pursuant to the provisions of this Indenture, the Trustee shall cancel and destroy such Bonds and upon Request of the Authority furnish to the Authority Agency a certificate of such destruction.

Whenever in this Indenture provision is made for the surrender to the Trustee of any Bonds which have been paid or canceled pursuant to the provisions of this Indenture, the Trustee shall cancel and destroy such Bonds and upon Request written request of the Authority furnish to Successor Agency, provide the Authority Successor Agency a certificate of destruction. The Successor Agency shall be entitled to rely upon any statement of fact contained in any certificate with respect to the destruction of any such destructionBonds therein referred to.

Whenever in this Indenture provision is made for the surrender to the Authority of any Bonds which have been paid or canceled pursuant to the provisions of this Indenture, the Trustee shall cancel and destroy such Bonds and upon Request of the Authority furnish to the Authority deliver a certificate of such destructiondestruction to the Authority.

Destruction of Canceled Bonds. Whenever in this Indenture provision is made herein for the surrender cancellation of any Bonds which have been paid or canceled pursuant to the provisions of this IndentureBonds, the Trustee shall cancel and destroy such Bonds and upon Request of the Authority furnish to the Authority a certificate of such destructionin accordance with its retention policy then in effect.
