Destruction of Chips. Pursuant to the Indiana, Mississippi and New Jersey Gaming Regulations, each Seller shall, at least thirty (30) days prior to the Closing, submit for approval of the all applicable Gaming Authorities a plan for the redemption and destruction of all chips, tokens and plaquemines at its Property (both as of the Closing Date and at the conclusion of the redemption period provided in Section 8.12(f) below).
