DESTRUCTION OF FRANCHISED LOCATION. In the event the Franchised Location is destroyed or rendered untenantable by fire, flood or other casualty, the term of this Agreement will be extended for a period of time equal to the period of time that the FRANCHISEE is unable to operate its We Care Hair Business. If the Franchised Location is rebuilt, repaired or restored to tenantable condition by the owner of the premises, then the FRANCHISEE must resume business operations within twelve (12) months of the date that the premises are restored to tenantable condition by the owner. The FRANCHISEE'S failure to resume business operations within such twelve (12) month period will constitute abandonment of the Business. If the premises are not restored by the owner, then the FRANCHISEE must relocate the Franchised Location pursuant to Article 1.3.
