Common use of Destruction of NFR Software Clause in Contracts

Destruction of NFR Software. Partner must destroy all NFR Software: (i) upon notice that the NFR Software has been discontinued or is available as a new revision release or (ii) if it is no longer being used on a regular basis by Partner for the purposes described in Section 6. To obtain new revision releases of NFR Software, Partner must provide AuthorizedDistributor or Sun with written certification that the NFR Software has been destroyed.
