Detail of Calculations. All determinations to be made by the Lessor under this Lease and this Financial Schedule shall be made reasonably and in good faith. All calculations provided by the Lessor to the Lessee under this Financial Schedule shall be made in good faith and in reasonably sufficient detail to enable the Lessee to substantiate the same.
