Detailed Calculation Policy and Examples. The fees payable to the Manager as set forth in this Agreement shall be calculated using detailed calculation procedures mutually agreed upon by the Manager and the Sub-Manager, and shall be consistent with the calculation of such fees as set forth in this Section 3 and as set forth in the Examples included on Exhibit A hereto. For the avoidance of doubt, the Manager and the Sub-Manager have entered into the Sub-Management Agreement of even date herewith (with the approval of the Company) that provides, among other things, that the Sub-Manager will receive from the Company 50% of all fees payable to the Manager under this Section 3.
