Detailed Design Specification. Upon completing the preliminary design specification or upon being supplied this information, the Contractor shall write a detailed design specification which will include, but not be limited to the following: (1) Detailed description of the software package. (2) Complete flow chart of the software package. (3) A detailed description of the individual modules along with their inputs and outputs.
