Detailed Monthly Financial Information. As soon as practicable, and within ten Business Days after the end of each month in each fiscal year of OWW, OWW shall deliver to Travelport detailed financial, metrics and driver information for the OWW Afiliated Group consistent with that provided to Travelport during the twelve month period prior to the date hereof, including statements of operations, balance sheets, statements of shareholders’ equity and cash flows.
