Detailed Shop Drawings. Shop drawings shall include sketches, diagrams, layouts, schematics, descriptive literature, illustrations, schedules, performance and test data and similar materials furnished by JOC to explain β in detail β specific portions of the Work. City may duplicate, use and disclose, in any manner and for any purpose, shop drawings delivered under a Job Order and this Agreement.
