Detailing Reports. On a periodic basis (to be agreed upon) each Party will provide to the other Party a comprehensive detailing report, including, for example: number of primary and secondary details, the use of sample packs, and such other details concerning frequency and other similar detailing data, including coverage by specialty, number of group details, as may be mutually agreed upon.
Detailing Reports. Each Party shall provide the other Party and the CSC with a report as soon as practicable but in no event later than forty-five (45) days following the end of each Quarter during the Co-Promotion Term setting forth, in such detail and form as the Parties shall agree, the number of Details made by such Party's Sales Representatives of Products in the US Territory during such Quarter (each, a "Detailing Report"), provided, however, that the Detailing Report for the fourth such Quarter in each Year shall be cumulative and reflect the number of Details made by such Party's respective Sales Representatives in the US Territory during such Year.
