Common use of Details of Notes and Certificates Delivered Clause in Contracts

Details of Notes and Certificates Delivered. As soon as practicable after delivering any Global Note, Global Certificate or Definitive Note the Issuing and Paying Agent, the CMU Lodging Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, shall supply to the relevant Issuer, the Trustee and the other Agents all relevant details of the Notes or Certificates delivered, in such format as it shall from time to time agree with the relevant Issuer.

As soon as practicable after delivering any Bearer Global Note, Registered Global Note, Global Certificate or Definitive Note the Issuing and Principal Paying Agent, the CMU Lodging Agent or the Registrar, as the case may be, shall supply to the relevant Issuer, the Trustee and the other Agents all relevant details of the Notes or Certificates delivered, in such format as it shall from time to time agree with the relevant Issuer.
