Details of Notes Delivered. As soon as practicable after delivering any Global Note or Definitive Note, the Fiscal Agent shall supply to the Issuer and the other Agents all relevant details of the Notes delivered, in such format as it shall from time to time agree with the Issuer.

Details of Notes Delivered. As soon as practicable after delivering any Global Note or Definitive Note, Note the Fiscal Agent shall supply to the Issuer and any Guarantor and the other Agents all relevant details of the Notes delivered, in such format as it shall from time to time agree with the Issuer. In the event that Definitive Notes are issued and the Agent informs the Issuer that it is unable to perform its obligations under this Agreement in respect thereof, the Issuer, with the help of the Fiscal Agent, shall forthwith appoint an additional agent in accordance with Clause 15 which is able to perform such obligations.
