Details of Securities Delivered. as soon as practicable after delivering any Global Security, or Definitive Security, the Fiscal Agent, or, as the case may be, the relevant Paying Agent shall supply to the Issuer, the relevant Paying Agent and the other Agents all relevant details of the Securities delivered, in such format as it shall from time to time agree with the Issuer.
