Common use of Details of Security Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Details of Security Arrangements. Appendix B to this Agreement shall contain the following information: (a) the frequency with which the Distributor intends to update the amount of security required which, in accordance with the Retail Settlement Code, shall be at least every three months; (b) a description of the type or types of security that will be provided by the Retailer; (c) contact information for any financial or other institutions involved in the security arrangements;
