Details of Suspension. Where QR has a right under this Clause 19 to suspend rights of the Access Holder, the notice of suspension given in writing by QR to the Access Holder must set out: (a) the rights of the Access Holder which are affected by the suspension; (b) the reasons for the suspension; and (c) the actions the Access Holder and/or Operator must take to have the suspension lifted.
