All legal details and proceedings in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Purchase Documents or the Receivables to be included in the Receivables Pool on the Closing Date, such Settlement Date or such date of such Reinvestment shall be in form and substance satisfactory to the Buyer, and the Buyer shall have received all such originals or certified copies or other copies of such documents and proceedings in connection with such transactions, in form and substance satisfactory to the Buyer.
