DETERMINATION AS TO VARIANCES. In any case of any ambiguity in the Contract Documents or between any of the various Parts of the Contract Documents, the matter must be immediately submitted to the Project Manager, who shall adjust the same, and his/her decision in relation thereto shall be final and conclusive upon the parties. See Article 5 of this agreement regarding order of precedence of the Contract Documents.
