Common use of Determination by CLT Clause in Contracts

Determination by CLT. CLT shall determine whether a prospective purchaser or Owner is a Qualified Buyer and therefore eligible to purchase or remain an Owner of the Property. Such determination shall be based upon the written applications, representations, information and verification as are deemed by CLT, in its sole discretion, to be necessary to establish and substantiate eligibility. No person shall have the right to any appeal of such decision by CLT, and each Applicant shall, by making the application, waive any such right he or she may otherwise have.
