Determination of Accrual Rent. All computations of Accrual Rent and other accrued amounts (including, without limitation, the Overdue Rate), in each case pursuant to the Operative Documents shall be made on the basis of a 360-day year and the actual days elapsed for Accrual Rent calculated by reference to the LIBO Rate.
