Determination of Actual Discharge Time. At the completion of each Performance Period, Charterer shall compute the actual discharge time (“ADT”) for each voyage during the Performance Period, except for voyages where: (i) the Vessel is Off-Hire during the discharge; (ii) the shore installations at such port are not able to receive cargo at the relevant rate; and/or (iii) the shore installations do not supply a suitable gas return line.
