Determination of Actual Regasified LNG Discharge Rate. At the completion of each Performance Period, Charterer shall compute the regasified LNG discharge rate (“RDR”) for each discharge during the Performance Period, except for discharges where: (i) the Vessel is Off-Hire during the discharge; (ii) the LNGRV Buoy installation or pipeline installation are unable to receive cargo at the relevant rate; (iii) the Charterer ordered a varying regasified LNG discharge rate; and/or (iv) the discharge occurs during the Cure Period.
