Determination of Arbitrability. Any issue concerning arbitrability of a particular issue or claim pursuant to this dispute resolution provision shall be resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction and having proper venue (forum) as provided in this Agreement, and no arbitrator(s) shall have any authority to consider or decide any issue concerning the arbitrability of a particular issue or claim pursuant to this dispute resolution provision.
