Determination of Availability of Employees. A. Two Day Advanced Sign-up 1. Members shall make themselves available for overtime prior to 2000 hours two (2) days prior to the scheduled work day for: 24, 12/12/24, 1st 12, 2nd 12, Short Time AM, Short Time PM or Any. 2. Members shall make themselves available via: station server, phone or web server. 3. Line-up shall be completed after 2000 hours two days prior to the scheduled work day. B. Overtime Sign-up Less Than Two Days (<36 hours out) 1. Members shall make themselves available for overtime before 2000 hours prior to the scheduled work day for: 24, 12/12/24, 1st 12, 2nd 12, Short Time AM, Short Time PM or Any. 2. Members shall make themselves available via: station server, phone or web server. 3. Line-up shall be completed after 2000 hours prior to the scheduled work day. 4. Line-up is not set until after 0700 and “finalized.”
