Determination of Bypassed Gas. Plant Owners shall install an orifice meter on the Plant bypass line for the purpose of measuring gas bypassed as herein provided, such meter to be installed, operated and measurement made thereby in conformity with the requirements agreed upon by Plant Owners and Southern.
