Determination of Certain Terms. For the purposes of determining any monetary basket, cap or limitation described in this Unit Designation, the Company and the Partnership agree that such monetary basket, cap or limitation shall be determined on a consolidated basis with respect to the Company, the Operating Partnerships and their Subsidiaries (and for the avoidance of doubt, any Operating Group Entities formed in the future and their Subsidiaries), taken as a whole.
