Common use of Determination of Closing Date Clause in Contracts

Determination of Closing Date. The date and time of the Closing shall be 10:00 a.m., New York City time, on June 30, 2015 (the “Closing Date”), or such later date and time as is mutually agreed to by the Issuer and the Closing Agent. The Issuer shall not be obligated to sell, and the Purchasers shall not be obligated to buy, any of the Notes unless all the conditions set forth herein shall have been satisfied or waived by the appropriate party.
