Determination of Contracted Proportionate Share. For purposes of determining Contracted Proportionate Share for section 8.2.1, the Contracted Proportionate Share for those Board of Director positions representing more than one Member shall be the combined Contracted Proportionate Share of all the Members who are represented by that position, except that the Contracted Proportionate Share represented by each of the Class 8 Directors shall equal one half of the total combined Contracted Proportionate Share of all Class 8 Members.
